Parts Overview

The Parts Module provides all the tools needed by the counterman and inventory personnel. Designed with the customer in mind, a single order screen is used for all types of data requirements. Included is accurate pricing, discounting, creditchecking, stock reordering, core inventory, supercedence, substitutions and bar coding. Developed over the years by truck dealers, the Dealer Solutions system improves the productivity of the counterman and reduces the customer wait time dramatically. All manufacturer’s price tapes are stored on-line for immediate access at point of sale.

Service Overview

The Service Module tracks work in process parts and labor through the completion of the repair order. Included is the ability to automatically create job estimates verifying credit for customer sign-off. Warranty, customer pay, internal or any combination are automatically calculated by the system to assure accurate profitable billing. Repair order review prior to close is accomplished visually or in printed form.

Unlimited text for remedy descriptions is provided as well as the ability to build your own remedy tables for automatic text printing from remedy codes.

Leasing Overview

The leasing module is available as a separate module. It can be combined with the service and accounting modules to provide a complete system for a leasing company or used as a department of the dealership. The leasing module supports both lease and rental invoicing. Complete summary reports are available to evaluate the profitability of individual lease units or the entire lease fleet.
